Method:
Mix dry ingredients with the mince and cook till it's completely done and the water has dried out.
Once it has cooled, add onions, coriander and give it a good mix.
In a tray, sprinkle bread crumbs evenly to prevent the kababs from sticking to the surface.
Grease your hand with oil, take a small ball sized amount of mashed potatoes flatten it and fill it with qeema in the center. Cover the qeema with the sides to make a pattie and using circular motions shape it into a kabab. - 2
Dip in beaten eggs and fry till golden brown.
