Wash the haldi and Peel it and grate it and keep aside.. And keep all the things masala and onion,peas,ginger garlic, green chilli curd, ghee keep aside

In a non stick kadai put ghee and heat it and add khada masala, jeera and ginger garlic fry for 1 minute then add grated haldi and fry for 10 minutes continuously stir in the low flame.

Then add in the onion and green chilli and Fry for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes you can add all dry masala and salt,peas and mix well then add curd and mix continuously for 5 minutes.

And cook for 5 minutes and add coriander leaves and off the flame...

Tasty and delicious haldi ki sabji is ready serve with Garma garam chapati and bajre ki roti....
