Ingredients

  • 1 cupriceflour
  • 3 cupwater
  • To taste salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add water &salt.When ever the water started boiling add rice flour slowly.Continuously stir,till all water evaporate &prepared a soft dough.Take ball size from dough roll it as a roti,use dry rice flour.

    Heat a tava put the roti,cook nicely.Not to flip.Rice roti is ready to serve.Serve with Mutton curry.
