Ingredients

  • 2 cupswheat flour
  • 1 cupMethi leaves
  • 2 spoonGinger grated
  • 2 spoongarlic grated
  • 1/4 spoonturmeric
  • 1 spoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 spoonasafolia
  • 1 spoongreen chilli
  • as requiredCoriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt acc
  • 4 teaspoonsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough by using all ingredients with flour by using water.

    Now roll the paratha on a rolling pin.

    Shallow fry with oil. Serve with ketchup or curd.
