  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 11/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspdhania powder
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • Salt
  • Mix gram masala 1 tsp
  • 1 tspZeera
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • 2 tbspHara dhania
  • Onion 2 chopped
  • 1 cupOil
  • 4Green chillies
  • 4Red button chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Oil me onion ko fry Karen.

  2. 2

    Phir gram masala, zeera, ginger garlic paste, beef ko fry Karen.

  3. 3

    Phir tomatoes, Nadal ÿ Sab daal kar pakae. Thora gal gae to oil chana daal kar pakae. Phir bhon kar Lauki cubes, green chillies, hara dhania daal kar daam per pakae.
