First of all clean the methi leaves, then wash it thoroughly with water, sieve it strainer, peel the potatoes.

Now take a pan heat the oil, add asafoetida, cumin seeds crackle add green chillies and ginger paste stir for some seconds then add mashed boil potatoes, methi leaves, add salt stir mixture cover it to cook for 3-4 mins on slow flame then add all spices mix it well, roast it very well for 2 minutes, turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

Take a big bowl add wheat flour, 2 tsp oil, salt, knead the soft daugh with required water, cover it for 10 minutes.

Now take a small portion of the dough roll the ball in little round, put 2 tsp ready mixture on it, close it all sides and it again in round shape.

Put Paratha on heat tawa, add ghee or oil roast it both side until golden brown.

Serve hot Paratha with green chutney, pickles or curd.
