In a bowl add flour,salt,butter,curd,baking soda and using water make a dough and keep aside for 7-8 hours for fermentation

After 8 hours take a ball from dough make a whole fill cottage cheese and cheese inside and cover it again roll it and flattened

Apply water at back side and stick naan on hot tava and cook it now put tava on gas to cook Front side directly under flame

Apply butter and enjoy with daal or any veggies
