Steps

Take a container add Chile wash it nicely soak it over night. Grind a masala of Cumin seeds,coriander seeds, green cardamom, lavange, black pepper, ginger,garlic, green chilli grind it in fine paste.

Take a pressure cooker add soaked chola boil it for 5 whistle. Take a pan add ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, onion,tomato, ginger,garlic fry it well enough & cool it down grand in fine paste.

Take a same pan add ghee heat it and Cumin seeds,granded paste, turmeric powder, salt (as required because already we added in masala powder), (red chilli powder optional already added) add grinded masala explained in 1st step, kasuri Methi add all & fry it well enough & boil nicely by adding chole.

After boiled serve with rice and chapati.
