Steps

Mix together lemon juice and 2 tbsp. of SANFAZ ACHAR GOSHT MASALA and fill it to the green chilies. Keep aside.

Fry Onion In hot/Ghee till golden brown.

Now add tomatoes, garlic, ginger, yogurt and SANFAZ Achar Gosht Masala and fry for 5-10 minutes.

Then add meat and fry for another 3-5 minutes.

Add 1-2 glass of water and cook on medium flame till meat becomes tender.

Now introduce lemon-masala filled green chilies and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Delicious Achar Gosht os ready.

Serve with Naan/Roti/Paratha/Boiled Rice and Salad.
