Ingredients

  • 10-12Almond
  • 1 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1 tspbutter
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1small onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspblackpepper powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Handfulchopped spinach

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the almond,peeled& makes a paste adding by little milk.Heat a pan add 1tsp butter.

    Add chopped onion&garlic sauted for a mints.Than add Almond paste stir continuously till the aroma is outgoing.Than add 1.5 cup milk mix it well.

    Add salt &pepper mix it well.Almond soup is ready.Now wash &chop the dpinsch very thin.

    Take a serving bowl put the chopped Spinach on the center,than pour the almond soup outer layer.Serve it hot hot.
