Wash and clean mushroom chop them into pieces

Chop tomatoes and onion

Take kadai put oil chopped onion saute till golden brown add all spices

Add grated coconut and tamarind mix well let it cool grind it and make paste

Take kadai again put oil add chopped onion and saute till golden brown add chopped tomatoes

Put chopped mushroom and mix well

Add gravy in it and mix well

Add salt and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
