Dhaba style Sarso ka saag
Steps

Wash saag and spinach.
- 2
Take a pressure cooker and add saag, spinach,ginger,garlic,green chilli,salt and cover with lid and cook for five whistles.

After that open the lid and add maize flour and blend it with blender and cook it for 5 minutes

Now take a pan heat the ghee
- 5
Add onion,tomato and soaute it
- 6
Add salt, red chilli powder, dry coriander powder and mix well
- 7
Add mashed saag and mix well
