Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. 1big cup fried onions
  3. Ginger garlic Paste 2bsp
  4. 3dried red chillies
  5. Halfcup dahi
  6. 3 tbspTomato puree
  7. 1 tsphaldi
  8. 1 tbspDegi mirch
  9. 1 tspgaram masala
  10. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  11. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. Stock same as Dhansakh + Dagad Phool & Fennel Seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Blend everything into smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Strain mutton stock remove whole spices.

  3. 3

    Fry paste in oil. Add just mutton pieces + little stock. Reduce. Garnish Coriander.
