Ingredients

  1. For dough
  2. 1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupSuji/ semolina
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Water for kneading dough
  6. Oil for frying
  7. For stuffing
  8. 2chopped boiled patatoes
  9. 1chopped onion
  10. 1chopped tamato
  11. Emily chutney
  12. Corriander chutney
  13. For garnishing sev
  14. 500 gmyogurt
  15. 1 bowlcooked sprout
  16. 2 tbspnred chilli powder
  17. Corriander leaves for garnishing (optional)

    In a bowl mix maida, Suji and salt and knead a normal dough.. Keep it aside for 10 minutes..

    Assemble all the ingredients for stuffing..

    Take a ball size from the dough and flatten it with the help of rolling pin.. Heat oil for frying.. Fry the kachori from both side till golden brown..

    Now in a plate put the kachori make a hole in it than put sprout it in add boiled patatoes, onion, tamatoes, Emily chutney, salt, yogurt, corriander chutney, red chilli powder.. Our sprout kachori is ready.. Garnish it with sev and corriander leaves and enjoy..
