Wash and Soak moong Daal for 4 hours and then grind it to a smooth paste.

Transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add rice flour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, chaat masala and cumin seeds. Add chopped coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix well.

Now grate one carrot, chop onion and capsicum and mix these vegetables in the mixture. Add eno fruit salt and mix gently.

Heat a non stick griddle and brush with a little cooking Oil and put two tb spoon of mixture and spread it with the help of spetula. Cook on low flame put cooking oil around the cheela. Flip the side when done.

Cook from other side also till golden brown. Pour little cooking oil around the cheela.

Serve hot with sauce.
