Ingredients

  • 2 cup Beetroot
  • 1cup Onion
  • 2 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspMustard seed
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1 tspHing(asafoetida)
  • 1 tsp Cumin coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Oil
  • As neededWater
  • As neededGhee for serving

Steps

    Take a container add wheat flour salt oil mix it well add water as required after that mix it well & make soft dough apply oil for it and keep it for 10min. Take a container grate a beetroot, chop onion.

    Take a pan add oil heat it add mustard seeds,Cumin seeds,hing, green chillies,ginger garlic paste, onions fry it well add grated beetroot, turmeric powder, salt, Cumin coriander powder, sugar,lemon juice mix it well fry it nicely.

    After that next step take a pan heat it & take a dough make a bowl/peda fill it staffing and close it make a parath fry it well by both side. Apply ghee on it.Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.
