Steps

Wash bhindi wipe with clean cloth and dry them then cut into 3 to 4 pieces each depending on the length.

Heat oil in a pot add Onion and garlic and make sauté till onions are pink and translucent.

Then add Bhindi (Lady Finger), Tomato, Green Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Coriander powder, Red chilli powder, Salt as your taste

Then mix all the ingredients then well cover it to cook at low flame almost 15 min until bhindi cook completely.

When Bhindi cook done completely then open and mix.

Now switch flame at high and cook atleast 5 min at high temp then add Aam chor (Khatai Powder) & Mix it.

Masalay Wali Bhindi is Ready. Garnish with coriander leaves serve with Rice, Nan and roti
