Grind together in a mixer jar garlic powder, Italian seasoning, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, thyme and onion powder. Transfer to an air tight container. Can be stored for long time.

Take potatoes,wash them and par boil with skin. Cool slightly and deep fry till nearly cooked. Transfer to a plate. Press them with the back of the bowl.

Mix mayonnaise,cheese spread, tomato ketchup,chilli flakes, oregano and one and half tablespoons of above Cajun spice powder. Mix well and spread over potatoes. Serve hot. Garnish with chopped parsley.
