Ingredients

  1. 2 kgChicken
  2. 1 1/2 kgTomatoes
  3. Ginger 4 tbls Julien
  4. 4 cupsOil
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 20-25Chillies
  7. 2 tblsRed crushed chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Merinade chicken with salt for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat up oil and fry chicken till golden. Fry it well.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes in the chicken and cover it. After 5 minutes, cook tomatoes with chicken when it melts. Add red crushed chillies.

    Add ginger cook for a minute then spread green chillies and cover for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes cook untill oil oozes. Yummy tasty charsi kardahi is ready to serve.
