Ingredients

  • 5 1/3 ozfish, your choice (I used sea bass)
  • 2/3 cupflour (about 80 grams)
  • 1egg
  • 2/3 cuppanko or breadcrumbs (about 80 grams)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  • 3 1/2 ozpotatoes for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat the fish in order with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, ensuring each layer fully covers the fish.

  2. 2

    Fry the potatoes at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.

  3. 3

    Fry the fish at about 320°F for 8 minutes until it's well browned on the outside.

  4. 4

    Serve and enjoy. I prepared it with tartar sauce, and I'll upload the recipe soon.
