Ingredients

  1. 5 1/3 ozfish, your choice (I used sea bass)
  2. 2/3 cupflour (about 80 grams)
  3. 1egg
  4. 2/3 cuppanko or breadcrumbs (about 80 grams)
  5. salt to taste
  6. pepper to taste
  7. oil for frying
  8. 3 1/2 ozpotatoes for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Coat the fish in order with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, ensuring each layer fully covers the fish.

    Fry the potatoes at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes until golden brown.

    Fry the fish at about 320°F for 8 minutes until it's well browned on the outside.
