Ingredients

  1. 100 gseabass (fillet)
  2. Oil for deep fried
  3. Batter
  4. 2 cansbeer or soda water
  5. /- 30g of all purpose flour
  6. Salt and Pepper
  7. Garnish
  8. 2 pieceslemon wedges
  9. Tar tar sauce
  10. 2 slicestomatoes
  11. 1 slicelettuce

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the seabass skin, then cut it into log shape (2×4 cm or bigger is up to you)

    Season the fish with a small pinch of salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Mix all batter ingredients until it mixed well enough (texture: solid watery)

  4. 4

    Heat up the oil in the pot with big heat, after it slightly hot, you lower the heat until it simmer

  5. 5

    Put the fish inside the batter, make sure all side coated with batter nicely, then you put the fish to the pot with oil

  6. 6

    Take out the fish after it change colour to golden brown, put it on the tray or plate covered with clothes or tissue to make all the oil out

  7. 7

    After that serve the fish with French fries, lemon wedges,lettuce, and sliced tomatoes, and tar tar sauce on other saucer
