This here is one special meal courtesy my mother Inlaw 😁 though she add ewedu leaf and less ingredients and it comes out yum; it’s called ji agworagwo in ibo. Easy meal
Steps

Peel yam back and cut into medium size cubes; wash and parboil till it’s almost soft

Heat up another pot and palm oil and once it’s hot, add onion and pepper stir for about a minute

Add dry prawns, crayfish and dry fish, stir in salt and knorr cube and allow it cook on medium heat for 2 minutes max

Add your cooked yam into the pepper sauce mixture and mix, mashed as much as possible while stiring.

Finally add your green leaf stir and remove from heat almost immediately; the steam will complete the cooking. Serve afterwards and enjoy your meal.
