Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlwheat aata
  2. 1/2 bowlsattu
  3. 1small onion(chopped finely)
  4. 1green chilli(finely chopped)
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. Few leaves of coriander chopped
  7. 2 tbspmustard oil

    Knead aata with little salt

  2. 2

    Make a filling by mixing sattu, onion, gr chilli, coriander, little mustard oil and salt

    Roll out paratha, fill the mixture, make ball and roll again

    Heat up tawa and cook paratha from both sides with help of oil.

    Serve hot with chokha and enjoy.
