Peel and wash and cut carrot into long 1-inch piece.

And boil carrot for 5-7 mins now take a cotton rumal (towel) and spread out for 1 hour

Now make a sugar syrup and add all carrot in sugar syrup and cooked it for 5-7 mins or till soft.

Switch off the flame when sugar syrup is become thick and cool it and keep in a jar.

Now gajar muraba is ready to eat.
