Ingredients

1/2 cupoats
1/2 cupmix vegetable (capsicum, tomato,green peas, boiled corn)
2 tbspchopped coriander
To tasteSalt
Pinchturmeric
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice
2 cupwater

Steps

Heat a pan and add oil roast oats until it gets aromat.

Now add all other ingredients with water and cook for 2-5 mnt add lemon juice in last mix well.

Serve in a bowl
