  2. 1/2onion
  3. 1/2red bell pepper
  4. 1/2yellow bell pepper
  5. 2 clovesgarlic
  6. 2 tablespoonsketchup
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. as neededAll-purpose flour,
  9. Marinade
  10. 1 tablespoonrice wine
  11. 1egg
  12. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  13. Sauce
  14. 3 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  15. 3 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  16. 3 tablespoonswater
  17. 1/2 teaspooncornstarch

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and mix with the marinade. Set aside. Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside. Cut the bell peppers and onion into pieces and set aside.

    Coat the chicken pieces with all-purpose flour. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan and fry the chicken for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side. Add the bell peppers and onion and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

    Remove from the pan and drain the oil. Leave a little oil in the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the ketchup and soy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant.
