Crispy dosa

Add rice,urad daal,chana daal and fenugreek seeds in a bowl.wash well.soak it for 8 hours.Take a grinder'S jar.Add 2_3 big spoon soaked rice daal into jar & 1/2 poha.Add some water.Grind it little coarsely.Remaining rice daal Grind more finely thn first one.

Pour batter in big vessels.Cover it &Leave it 8 hours for fermentation.
Now add 1/2 salt.mix it well. - 3
Heat a non_stick /iron/ casting tawa.Pour a laddle batter on it.Spread it in clockwise direction.Give a shape of Dosa.Apply butter or oil aside of dosa and cook until become golden.Take it out from tawa or you can roll it. Serve with coconut chutney.
