Besan Ladoo/ Gram Flour Ladoo

In a heavy bottom pan heat the ghee, and add chickpea flour or Gram flour (Besan).

Roast chickpea flour at low flame, stir continuously until it becomes aromat and lumps free.

Now off the flame and add roasted dryfruits powder, cardamom powder, sugar powder mix well with all ingredients.

Further more take small quantity of flour mixture and tightly bind it with the help of your palms

Make a round balls as u desire size. Now Delicious besan ladoo is ready.

My tip :- dry roast the all dryfruits cool and then grind it to smooth powder.
