Ingredients

  1. 2.2 lbslean ground beef (1 kg)
  2. 2.2 lbsground pork (1 kg)
  3. 1.1 lbsItalian sausage (500 grams)
  4. 7 ozprosciutto (about 200 grams)
  5. 7 ozmortadella (about 200 grams)
  6. 2onions
  7. 2carrots
  8. 2celery stalks
  9. Olive oil
  10. 1/2 cupred wine (about 120 ml)
  11. 2 cupstomato purée (about 500 ml)
  12. Sage
  13. Rosemary
  14. leafBay

    Here are all our ingredients.

    Finely chop the carrots, onions, and celery. Sauté them for a couple of minutes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

    Chop the prosciutto and mortadella, then add them to the ground meats. Place everything in a pot and cook over low heat. Pour in the red wine and, if needed, add broth. Add the tomato purée and let it simmer for at least three hours.
