Prepare your ingredients... Sift the flour and put in a bowl, extract juice from the passion fruits. Blend the sugar, grease the baking tin and dust with flour as you preheat the oven at 200°

In a separate bowl add 200g of prestige/blueband and add the blended sugar.. Mix with a wooden spoon or hand mixer moving in one direction.

Mix until it appears pale and fluffy (blending the sugar makes it easier)

Add eggs one by one as you mix with a whisk in the same direction.

Add your passion juice and continue whisking

Add flour little by little (about 3 portions) alternating with buttermilk mixed with warm water (2:1)

Whisk together still in one direction until you get the right consistency. (Not too thick and not too runny/thin)

Transfer the batter into the greased baking tin and bake at 180° for 45 minutes. Insert a skewer (knife /toothpick) if it comes out clean and dry your cake is ready
