Cooking Instructions

    Suck your soya beans for 3 hours wash it very well and blend it after blending pour it in a bowl add water get clean cloth and seive it, in a pot and put it on fire add some salt nd lemon juice if it boiled for 50min you will see the awara on top of the put then get the cloth and sieve it and tight it very well and placed heavy item on top of it, when the water goes out then you cut it the shape you like

    Put your fry pan on fire put your vegetable oil nd some onions on it, if the onions fry put ur awara and fry it golden yellow

    Pound your pepper nd onions put your fry pan on fire put some vegetable oil on it and put your pound pepper in the oil and fry it put ur seasoning curry and salt until it fry.

    Get your vegetables and wash them very well with salt and cut it, get a plate and put ur awara, pepper source and your vegetables then serve it hot.

I normally use to make awara and vegetables for breakfast to my family more especially on Christmas season.
