Add oats in a pan and add water to boil

After oats boiled and reduced the water content add Jagger/ sugar

If u need more sugar u can add,and add pinch of salt to enhance sugar in the dish

After adding sugar oats starts to melt watery stir continuously.

Then add milk after adding milk no need to boil stir slightly then remove it from gas.

Finally season some cashew and raisins in some ghee then add to it.your delicious payasam is ready to serve.
