Steps

Make a paste of garlic,ginger and clintaro

To the prawns add lemon juice, lemon grind, crushed pepper corns,salt to taste and mix well and add made up paste and again mix well gently with hands

Marinate for 20 mins

Add some oil to the pan,when oil heated up add marinated prawns

Stir fry for 4 minutes

Garnish with chopped cilantro and spring onions

Tasty greeny prawns are ready to eat

NOTE: cooking time for prawns is 4 minutes

Over cooked prawns may rubbery to eat
