Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchmeethi leaves
  2. 1 tsp saunf
  3. 1 tsp coriander seeds
  4. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1 cupbesan
  6. 1 tspcarom seeds
  7. 2chopped green chillies
  8. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. 1 pinchbaking soda
  14. as requiredOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl add all ingredients.

    Mix all ingredients except oil and make pakoda mixture is ready for deep fry.Heat oil deep fry the leafy pakoda.

    Leafy pakora is ready. Serve with tomato sauce or green chutney or red chilli sauce.
