First dry roast moong dal roast till aromatic flavor comes.keep aside.

Now in a non-stick kadhai heat deshi ghee put cumin seeds bay leaves, whole garam masala put rice fry with this masala little more. Now add the right amount of water. (I have used 3 cups water) add dal also. Cover the lid.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, green peas, chilles, kaju & kismis. Cook until it gets cook.

Totally water absorbed. Open the lid for few minutes and then serve.
