Wash and clean and cut cauliflower florets... Then boil in hot water for 5mins and drain water.

When cooled, grind cauliflower in mixer and keep aside.

Heat ghee in a pan and add the ground cauliflower and fry on high flame till it's water is evaporated... Then add milk and mix well, add sugar and cream, then add dessicated coconut and cook till it's dry and starts combining... Then add cardamom powder and mix well till everything starts forming a dough.

Grease a plate with ghee and then pour the barfi mixture on it... Spread evenly with a spatula and keep in fridge for 30 mins...once cooled cut in diamond shapes and serve
