Ingredients

  • 500gChicken Boneless (Cube Cutting)
  • 2 tspGinger Paste
  • 2 tspGarlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 ½ tbspVinegar
  • 1 ½ tbspSoy Sauce
  • 6-8 tbspTomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbspCorn Flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbspMaida Flour
  • 1 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 2 tbspCooking Oil
  • Green Chilli (Chopped) 5g
  • 1 ½ tbspSugar
  • ½ cupChicken Stock
  • 5gGreen Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl, add chicken, salt, corn flour (1 tbsp), maida, lemon juice, Garlic Paste (1 tsp),Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Black Pepper Powder, Red Chilli Powder, egg and mix it well. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    In a cooking pan, add cooking oil (as needed), marinated chicken and deep fry until light brown.

  3. 3

    In another cooking pan, add cooking oil, Ginger Paste (1 tsp), Garlic Paste (1 tsp), fried chicken, salt, green chilli, Soy Sauce,Tomato Ketchup, sugar, Vinegar, chicken stock and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Next, add corn flour (1 tbsp) mixed with water (3 tbsp).

  5. 5

    Use green onion for garnishing.

    Serve with Egg Fried Rice.
