Ingredients

  • 1 cupOrange
  • 1 spooncoconut Oil
  • 1/4 spoonmustard seeds
  • 1/4 spoonjeera(cumin) seeds
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder (optional)
  • 1 pieceJaggery
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 spoonasafoetida
  • 1bedagi chilli
  • 1/2 tspChilli powder /green chilli
  • 1/2 litrewater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the kadai, add oil, mustard, jeera seeds, bydagi chilli,asafoetida and curry leaves. And fry it. Now add water, salt, Jaggery and chilli powder and boil now.

  2. 2

    Finally add orange juice and coriander leaves. Once it boil,rasam is ready.
