Ingredients

1 hour
8-10 person
  • Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required
  • 1 tbsLehsan paste (Garlic paste)
  • 1/2 kgMutton mix boti
  • 1/2 CupCooking oil
  • 250 gmsTamatar (Tomatoes) peeled
  • Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
  • 1 tspKali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
  • 5-6Hari mirch (Green chilies)

Steps

  1. 1

    In wok,add water,garlic paste and mix well.

  2. 2

    Add mutton mix boti and mix well until changes colour.

  3. 3

    Cover and cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes then cook on high flame for 8-10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add cooking oil,mix well for 2 minutes and cook on high flame until oil separates.

  5. 5

    Add tomatoes (cut in two halves),cover and cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft.

  6. 6

    Mix well and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add salt and black pepper crushed,mix well and cook until oil separates.

  8. 8

    Add green chilies and mix & serve.
