Cooking Instructions

First take a bowl.

Now add 3 cups maida.

Now add half cup sugar powder.

Now add salt as per required.

Now add 1 tablespoon yeast.

Now add 2 spoons butter/ oil.

Add 4 tablespoons milk.

Now add chopped dry fruits.

Now add water and stir it using a spoon until the mix is thick and smooth.

Cover the bowl and leave the batter to rise for about 40 mins.

At the end of 40 mins you will see bubbly layers on top of batter.

Spread oil/butter over the surface of dough.

Using a cotton cloth, cover the dough and keep it aside to leave for about an hour.

Once it has risen, it will have double in size.

You must now punch the dough gently.

Now take a pressure cooker.

Add salt and heat it.

Now take a tray add a batter.

Bush oil/buter.

Now add cherry on top.

Now put the pressure cooker in a high frame for 15 mins.

After 15 mins put the low flame for 10 mins.
