Ingredients

  1. 1 and half cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupgram flour
  3. 1 and cup fenugreek leaves
  4. 2 tablespoonsdry fenugreek leaves
  5. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  6. 1 teaspoonTurmeric
  7. 2 teaspoonsCarom seeds
  8. 2 tablespoonsoil
  9. 1/2 cup curd
  10. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  11. 2green chillies crushed
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. as requiredDesi ghee for cooking theplas
  14. 1 teaspoonany pickle masala

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve wheat flour and gram flour.

  2. 2

    Add curd and all dry masala.

  3. 3

    Chop fenugreek leaves and crush dry fenugreek leaves.

  4. 4

    Mix all and make dough with water.

  5. 5

    Roll as thin as you can and make theplas by adding ghee.

  6. 6

    Serve with achar,chunda or ketchup.
