  17. Pinchinstant coffee (like Nescafé)

  19. Chia seeds or sesame seeds

  21. Grilled hamburger patties
  22. Lettuce

    After ten minutes, add the remaining flour and oil, knead the dough until it holds together, and knead it on the kitchen counter with a little olive oil until it becomes smooth and elastic.

    Shape the dough into balls of your preferred size, grease a baking sheet with a little oil, place the balls spaced apart, cover with a kitchen towel, and let them rise until doubled in size for about 15 minutes. Then mix the brushing ingredients, brush the buns, and sprinkle with chia seeds.
