Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 2 tbspgram flour
  • 1 tbspCorn flour
  • 2eggs
  • 1Onion
  • 4Small carrots
  • 5Beans
  • 2Gooseberry
  • 1/2 cupSprouted chickpea
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchHing
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 pinchGaram masala
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • as requiredCoconut oil for shallow fry
  • Formasala:
  • 1Red chilli
  • 1 tspCoriander seeds
  • 1/2 tspJeera seeds
  • 1/2 tspWhite sesame seeds
  • 2 tbspCoconut

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables
    Dry roast the items in the masala section and grind it coarsely
    mash the sprouted chickpea

  2. 2

    In a bowl add all the items one by one and mix well.
    Add the grounded masala and mashed chickpea to the mix.
    If required add little water to make the batter

  3. 3

    In dosa tawa, spread some coconut oil and pour the batter with the help of tablespoon
    Fry both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney or raita.

  4. 4

    Note- Soak the chickpea in water overnight. Remove the excess water and cover it in towel. Wait for one more day to get it sprouted
