Sprouted chickpea fritters
Steps

Chop all the vegetables
Dry roast the items in the masala section and grind it coarsely
mash the sprouted chickpea - 2
In a bowl add all the items one by one and mix well.
Add the grounded masala and mashed chickpea to the mix.
If required add little water to make the batter - 3
In dosa tawa, spread some coconut oil and pour the batter with the help of tablespoon
Fry both the sides and serve hot with coconut chutney or raita. - 4
Note- Soak the chickpea in water overnight. Remove the excess water and cover it in towel. Wait for one more day to get it sprouted
