Ingredients

14_15 ladoos
  1. 100 gramsmurmura(laiya/puffed rice)
  2. 200 gramsjaggery(gur/gud)
  3. 2-3 tspwater
  4. 1 tablespoonghee

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan or kadai.Pre_heat it.Add 100gms murmura(puffed rice)

    Dry roast for 1-2 minutes.Take it out.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan.Add 1tablespoon ghee.then add 200 gram jaggery.

    Add 2_3 tablespoons water.keep stirring.now you can keep flame high.when bubbles starts coming keep flame low.Keep stirring.

    To check chasni(syrup)whether it is ready or not.Take some water in a bowl.Drop few drops of syrup if it gets little bit hard it means syrup(Chasni) is ready.

    Now add little puffed rice(murmura) at the time and mix it.Do not add all murmura together.

    Now apply some ghee or water to the palms.Take little mixture and make a ladoo

  8. 8

    Similary prepare rest of the ladoos.Our delicious ladoos are ready.
