White Chocolate Orange Mousse Parfat

Melt white chocolate. Mix egg yolks with orange juice and sugar.

Cook untill thick and let it cool. Beat egg whites add cooled egg yolk mixture in ginger garlic whites.

Add white chocolate in egg whites. add cream in a bowl with castor sugar and beat till whipped.

Add whipped cream into eggs mixture and mix till combine. Set Mousse in dessert cups.

Decorate with orange zest, orange jellies and chocolates.

White Chocolate Mousse is ready. Chill before serve.
