Tamam ajza ko achi tarah se saaf kar or cutting kar ke ready kar lein.

Ab daal ko dho kar 2 se 3 ghante ke lie bigho dein

Bighi hui dal ko ek kanni ubal lein or ubla hua bacha pani bhi save kar lien.

Ek handi mein oil garam karein is mien ginger garlic paste or adhi hari mirch chopped fry karein khushbu ane pe is mein lache dar kati hui pyaz add karein.

Abpyaz ko surkhi mail brown karein or sath hi tomatoes bareek kat kar add kar dein or tamam dry masale bhi shamil kar dein.

Jab masala achi tarah bhoon jae or oil uper ajae to daal ka bacha pani dal dein or sath mein daal bhi shamil kar dein or sukhi methi add kar ke dum pe rakh dein.

Jad dum lag jae or daal proper gal jae to uper desi ghee ya makhan ka tarkadein.

Ab uper julian adrak and hara dhania chirak dein. Of garam garam homemade naan ke sath served karein.
