Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 tspkasuri methi
  • 3 tspcurd
  • 2 tspoil for moyan
  • as neededoil for frying
  • as neededwater to make dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all the left ingredients and mix well, add needed water to make dough.keep this dough aside for 1 hour. In a kadhai heat oil for frying.take small ball from the dough and make bhatura.Deep fry it till golden brown and serve hot.
