Ingredients

  • 2 bowlscooked rice
  • 2 bowlscooked toor dal
  • 1/4 bowlculiflower chopped
  • 1/4 bowlcarrots chopped
  • 1/2 bowlpeas
  • 1/4 bowlbeans chopped
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 10curry leaves
  • 4 tsp tamrind juice
  • 4 tspgrated gud
  • 3 tsp bisibelebhat powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 bowlcoriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tsp coconut grated
  • 3/4 tspspoon oil
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspurad dal
  • 1 tsp turmeric Powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in kadhai add rai urad dal add curry leaves and add chopped veggies and mix well now add tamarind juice and gud cook for some time add chilli powder bisi belebhat powder, turmeric powder, mix it.

    Add dal and rice mix thoroughly add salt cover and cook for some time now add coriander leaves and grated coconut and serve hot with ghee on the top.
