Cheese and Ham Potato Balls (Air Fryer Recipe)
Crispy on the outside with creamy mashed potatoes inside, these delicious potato balls are perfect for all ages!
Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients (except the egg, flour, and breadcrumbs) and divide into 8-9 portions. Roll each portion into a small ball and place on a flat plate. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Line the air fryer basket with a sheet of aluminum foil and spray lightly with oil. Set aside.

Coat the potato balls in flour, dip in the beaten egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs. Place in the air fryer basket.

Spray the potato balls lightly with oil and air fry at 380°F (190°C) for about 6-8 minutes, turning once halfway through. After turning, spray with a little more oil and continue air frying until golden brown.
