🥔 Potato Croquettes Stuffed with Creamy Cheese 🥔

Form the mashed potatoes into balls. Use your finger to make a small indentation in each ball and place half a cheese wedge inside.

Roll each ball in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the croquettes until golden brown.

Remove and place on paper towels to drain. Serve immediately!
